Free worldwide shipping

Standard shipping is free on every ZERALVA order, to every destination we ship to. There is no minimum order value and no discount code needed. At checkout the shipping method is shown as Free Shipping at no cost.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. All available destinations are listed in the country selector at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination. If you have a question about the delivery of your order, email support@zeralva.com with your order number.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place your order you receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, this email includes a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Import duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Where these are calculated at checkout, they are shown before you pay. Where they are not, the destination country or carrier may charge them on delivery.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, or if your order has not arrived, email support@zeralva.com with your order number as soon as possible.
